Shannon was amazing! Available literally on the spot and flexible to everything we needed. We had a list of homes we had targeted and she was able to get us into view them with one day notice. Her enthusiasm is contagious and she spent a lot of time explaining not only details of each house but the area and what we could expect with living on the island. We found out home and we sprang into action and I literally made the deal at the airport while I was commuting back to California. It was such an easy process and once Shannon took over it was just a matter of sitting back while she made sure everything was taken care of. That was exactly what we needed. Her attention to detail was integral to us. We were familiar with US market but the Canadian market was very different. She as patient but always kept us on track and when we finally walked into our new home she had graciously left us a wonderful gift basket with some local and fun goodies.
