Hi there,
My name is Shannon Norris. I'm a Specialized Buyers Agent with Pemberton Holmes Ltd. This means I focus on helping my clients find the perfect home to move into. I can help you sell your home too but I want to make sure that we find you a great place to move into as a priority.
Here's my little blurb about me and what I do.
I focus my time on providing my clients with:
-A custom Real Estate Search
-Prompt scheduling to view homes
-Drafting of the contract of purchase and sale (offer)
-Negotiations (before, during and after the offer acceptance)
-Local recommended contacts for home inspectors, lawyers, mortgage brokers etc.
-Guidance throughout the process to ease you through it one step at a time
I approach my business with a No Sales, No Pressure strategy. I believe that eventually everyone will find the right home and I am in no hurry to push you into a sale. I want all of my clients to be happy, comfortable and well informed throughout the search about the costs and the process. I work from North Nanaimo through to South Cowichan.
A bit about me is that I grew up on the island (Westholme, Chemainus, Ladysmith and Tofino). I have moved away to Edmonton and Vancouver for several years but eventually we Islanders all find our way back home. I completed my bachelors at VIU with honors and several years ago I chose real estate instead of a masters in planning. My previous work life was primarily spent working for government in a development capacity or the various restaurants that paid my way through high school and university. I love the real estate industry and have received awards for being a Sale Leader in the TOP 10% of my company and the #2 New Agent in my first years in business. Personally, in my free time I enjoy doing yoga, gardening, surfing and outdoor activities with my Aussie-shepherd, Charlie. I am also a Director for the Cowichan Green Community working towards a more food secure community.
Thank you for your time and for considering me as your Agent. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
All the best,
Shannon Norris
